8/10 Very good

My husband and I stayed the night for my birthday. I had booked a corner room. I didn’t like the view from my room on the 4th floor. Emre at the front desk offered another room for me to check and we ended up keeping the room that we had and just kept the curtains closed because the view was the AC units below us. Emre offered a credit for the restaurant and a breakfast discount which was well appreciated. We just had a cocktail and dessert at the bar. The staff was very accommodating.

Fun place. Nice rooms. Steak tacos at the restaurant on the 6th floor were amazingly awful. Literally dripping with grease. Otherwise nice place.

8/10 Very good

It is well situated for our visits to Austin. However, the staff did not inform us of any of the benefits that were supposed to come with our room. The restaurant was a wonderful surprise - great staff, views, and food!

We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta Bee Cave. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was clean. It was very close to our grandson's DPS graduation so we had plenty of time with an easy drive.

Short stay and didn't use any extra amenities, but staff upon check-in was fabulous! Room was clean, beds comfortable and overall quiet (and we were next to elevator). Definitely recommend and will stay again.
