"My shower had hair and dirty in it. I am a VIP member and I had to keep asking for a wine bottle that should have been in my room upon arrival. The staff were horrible didn’t want to help and always gave me the run around. The hotel food was even worse. "

"Location is good. Staff is not helpful at all. I asked for help with applying the hotel discount to the parking and the guy in the front desk said that he could not help that I needed to check with someone in the parking lot and literally pointed me to the door. I probably won’t be staying there again. "

"Very loud and busy. Room smelled like meldew as did the two other couples rooms in our party. Food in the cafe (empanadas) were not edible, but the wrap I got was good. Music was loud all night long and made it difficult to sleep. Would not recommend. "
