"I had a really nice stay here. The host is very kind and helpful. The guest house is clean, comfortable and centrally located near a subway station. There are also many restaurants to eat at, banks with ATMs and a convenience store close by. Check-in is really easy as well.
I will definitely stay here again."
"Very clean, centrally located hotel within walking distance of the subway, buses, restaurants, and medical offices. The staff is professional, polite, and extremely helpful, especially Alex, Ezno, David, and Koeo, who go above and beyond to make your stay convenient. I would definitely stay here again."
"Great location, easy access to everything I needed nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made the stay feel warm from check-in to check-out.
One downside: housekeeping skipped making up our room on two separate days during the stay, which was disappointing given the otherwise great service"
"It was a wonderful nights sleep before our international flight the next morning. Beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet. The restaurant downstairs was reasonably priced and good food."
"Fantastic transitional spa in the basement. Hotel well located and staff were fabulously kind. Breakfast 100% recommend. However the rooms were dated and small"
"The best hotel in Gangnam area ! Very luxurious with beautiful antiques decor in the lobby from 19 & 20 centuries. The residential bedroom is spacious, clean and has everything what you need for longer stay like electric stove , refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and The most important washer/dryer machine. Great amenities.
Breakfast buffet is very delicious with a lot of variety of Korean food , eggs, soups, bakery , juices etc.
it’s my first visit to Seoul and I’m happy...

Room was clean, cool and bedding was comfortable. Extras like soap and disposable wash cloths in a room at the end of the hall. Shower was a little unexpected, but worked out just fine!
This place was perfect for what I needed. if you travel solo and looking for inexpensive place in Seoul, then you want to consider this place. It's just like it was advertised and very convenience, just 5 minutes walk to the subway station, to get to the Incheon Airport there is a bus stop across the street. The place is clean and the room has a fridge in it, a share kitchen and drinking water machine every floor. Also washing machine available if you want to wash your clothes. I also enjoy the...
Staff is very friendly and is able to understand and speak English decently. The location, however, blows my mind every time I stay there. Right in the heart of Gangnam-gu, Sinsa station. Everything cool is literally within the reach!!! So convenient. 24-hour women’s sauna is 5 minute walk, 24/7 soup restaurant is the same distance, UniqLo store 7 minute walk, Gentle Monster store 20 minutes walk, closest to some of the major Plastic Surgery clinics etc.etc. And just because of this, I choose to...
Great location for shopping and dining. Luxurious hotel interior- every spot is picturesque. It has own fine-art gallery. I booked a room with two double beds. The room was clean and spacious. One thing I didn’t like was the toilet with bidet that did not work properly. So the hotel manager changed my room right away. Except that, I had great stay.
I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...
The hotel is beautifully decorated and at a wonderful location close to the sought after tourist spots. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the variety. One thing of note was that upon requesting some ice, I was asked to pay a minimal fee. In all my stays at luxury hotels, I cannot recall being charged for ice. I am not sure if there is something particular about ice here but you may consider providing this as a complimentary amenity to your guests as I felt a bit embarrassed for the staff...
The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....
It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.
