The host was so amazing, responsive, and nice! The room itself could use some upgrade, like the furniture and the bathroom faucet/controls for the sink and shower. It was really hard to get the right water temperature. Other than that, this guesthouse is located in a great area, 5 minutes from the train, and you just can't beat this price.

長期滞在の際いつもお世話になっています、新沙駅まで歩いて3分で行けますし、夜遅くまでやっている飲食店や朝早くから朝食を食べられるお店も近くにあります。夜は静かです。私は神経質な方ですが、部屋内も浴室も清潔に掃除してくれているのでありがたいです。目の前の空き地の植物を観察するのが好きでしたが、今回行ったら綺麗な駐車場になっていました。少しだけ植物が残っていたので良かったです。このゲストハウスの方はとても親切で、困った時はLINEで連絡すれば色々と手助けして下さり感謝です。

에어컨 성능이 별로 였어요. 시원한 계절에 간다면 가성비 좋은 곳일수 있어요. 강남이랑 가깝고 지하철 역에서도 가까워서 위치상으론 아주 만족했어요.

I had a really nice stay here. The host is very kind and helpful. The guest house is clean, comfortable and centrally located near a subway station. There are also many restaurants to eat at, banks with ATMs and a convenience store close by. Check-in is really easy as well. I will definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed being at this accommodation. It's located on a steep hill so that is a challenge, but the place itself is nice, safe, comfortable, and clean. One thing I would suggest for improvement is that a small mirror be put in the main part of the room. There is a mirror in the bathroom, but the electrical outlets are outside the bathroom, making using a hair dryer or other corded styling tool difficult. But if a small mirror was placed on the desk or on the outside (or inside) of the closet door that problem would be fixed. I would be glad to stay here again sometime. I very much enjoyed my stay.

ゲストハウスは初めてでしたが、清掃が行き届いていて清潔で、管理人の方はとても親切でありがたかったです。立地も空港直通バスのあるシンサ駅近くで、また江南方面で用事ある時は利用したいです。ちなみにコンセントはSE型、備品にティッシュはないので持参推奨します。

1人で過ごすには十分満足できました！アメニティは最低限のみのため、ご持参されることを推奨します。私の部屋は、Sサイズのキャリーケースを広げたら一杯一杯のスペースのみでしたので大きな荷物の方には勧めません！駅もコンビニも近く、快適なダウンタイムでした^ ^

I stayed here for a month, and it was an amazing experience! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need just steps away. There are two Starbucks nearby, pharmacies everywhere, numerous plastic surgery clinics in the area, and the metro station is only a 3-minute walk away. The airport bus stop is right across the street, making transportation extremely easy. There’s also a convenience store just a few steps away, which I visited almost every day to pick up my protein shake. In addition, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Sunny, the owner, is fantastic! She is very responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything you need. The place is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the bed is very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

駅近で、清潔な部屋で、韓国では珍しくトイレットペーパーを流せる宿にしては、リーズナブルで良かった。時間外チェックインの対応も気持ちよくして頂き、安心して深夜に戻れたので、また利用したい。 マイナス面は、かなりの傾斜を登らないと辿り着けないことと、連絡用のLINEのQRコードが現地に行くまで分からなかった点だけです。

I really enjoyed my stay at the guesthouse. The room was very clean and had everything that I needed. The rooms were quiet, I could rest well. The owner was very nice and helpful. The location is amazing, there are millions of cafes nearby and there’s a 24/7 supermarket 1 minute from the property.

韓国一人旅で利用しました！新沙駅近くてアクセス抜群でした！チェックインの際に場所がわからず迷ってしまったのですが、ホストの方が迅速にメッセージに回答してくれて安心でした。ゲストハウスなので、廊下では他の部屋のドライヤーの音など聞こえましたが、部屋にいるとそんなに気にならなかったです。みなさんも仰っている通り少し古い設備でしたが、清潔に保たれていて好印象でした。この立地この値段であればとってもコスパがいいと思います！
