"Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was oddly designed but very clean. Breakfast was pretty bad even by free hotel breakfast standards. Not a terrible experience but think there is better value in the Broomfield hotel jungle for the price level."

"Check in at 4pm but your room won’t be ready for 2 hours after that. Front desk staff could care less and they will tell you your room will be ready in a “few minutes” but reality is it’s going to be a few hours. Also we were told by the front desk that we got a $40 credit for the inconvenience but that was never actually added to our room, so we spent the $40 thinking we had credit but turns out that was also a complete lie from the front desk staff. I understand this place is busy but don’t lie to your customers. "

"We were visiting Boulder for student admitted day and this was a great place to stay with the separate living space with our teenage son. It was a 6 minute drive to the other side of campus where our day started so it wasn’t walking distance for that. The breakfast was pretty good and the underground parking was key since it snowed the whole day we were there. "
