The Hotel is like new if not recently completed. The beds were very comfortable with extra pillows that I enjoyed. The breakfast was well stocked with various choices . The coffee and orange juice were delicious and freshly made. Everything about our was perfect. The hotel can be little difficult to find but well worth the effort. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t have anything negative to report. EXCELLENT!
Lovely 19th century villa with fantastic views and wonderful staff. I would stay again for sure, despite being surprised that the split unit AC doesn’t work, only half the windows open, some bathtub tiles were old and appeared moldy, and there seemed to be no real concern about any of it. Still, I’ll pick the same apartment next time, and maybe bring my own large coffee mug and kitchen sponge :-)
Hôtel récent neuf avec vue sur mer, décoration intérieure style paquebot très originale, grande chambre, lit confortable. Le restaurant propose des plats délicieux. Le côté bar a aussi des calamars grillés excellents. À/C très efficace. Personnel sympathique et prêt à aider. Salle de sport au top. Nous n’avons pas essayé le SPA. Le parking était dans la rue devant l’hôtel qui nous a donné un panneau à mettre sur le tableau de bord pour la durée du séjour.

We loved our 1 night stay at this property and wished we could have stayed longer. Located in a quaint small town in a lovely country setting, it was the perfect way to start our travels in Spain. We originally only planned to stay one night, but after arriving to the Palacio and seeing our room (vary spacious), we opted to book another night. It was a little drive into Bilbao, but totally worth it for the peaceful location with beautiful views.
This was such a special place to stay. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was excellent, and the housekeeping team was incredibly kind and helpful. The owners have clearly put an enormous amount of thought and care into this property. The attention to detail is top-notch. Everything feels intentional without feeling fussy, and that makes the whole place feel incredibly welcoming. The small deer fawn made a couple appearances too ❤️
