Amazing exclusive hotel, we got a room upgrade and half bottle of good champagne upon arrival! Wonderful service by Sorian and his colleagues. The room was large and comfortable, with a large terrace and jacuzzi. We booked a dinner table last minute and sadly did not have a table with a view, but the food was excellent!

This is a fabulous hotel, renovated from and old farmhouse it seems. The staff are amazing, and the gourmet dinner I had was the best I have eaten in 10 years at least. This is a beautiful b&b pretty much in the middle of nowhere, which is great if you want to get away and eat great food and maybe take a hike or a bike ride (they rent bikes). The service is great!!! Smiles and great attitudes all around. We enjoyed our time there. Make sure when you book that you follow the instructions they send you so you can get there safely and not get lost. It is in the middle of nowhere =)

Excellent stay at Nafarrola

We had a wonderful stay at Nafarrola. It is the perfect sanctuary from which to explore the magnificent Bermeo region and north coast of Basque Country. It was impeccably clean, the decor is beautiful, and the view of the coast is so lovely. Nicest of all is the service. The small staff handles everything with so much care and give thoughtful recommendations and assistance. We made an error with our booking and they fixed it for us at no extra cost. This is not a hotel for travellers who want rapid and perfunctory service; it is a place to slow down and enjoy being in a magnificent part of the world where people take the time to assist you and the other guests at a personalized rhythm. We hope to be back soon and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. Eskerrik asko!

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent. This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character. We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.
