Very nice

I have stayed at this hotel about 10 times over the past couple of years, and my experience has always been wonderful. The rooms are fresh and clean, nicely decorated , Very comfortable, and the staff has always been professional and friendly.

Great hotel but park attracts unsafe crowd

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. Great property, clean rooms and friendly staff.

The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

Staybridge Suites exceeded all my expectations, and that is saying a lot for me. Not only was the room clean and comfortable, the towels were a good size, four pillows per bed, and a fully stocked kitchenette for our suite. I really liked that there was a tub in one bathroom and a step in shower in the other. That worked really well for our group. Highway noise was not an issue. We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

Cute historic hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spacious and had nice amenities. It could have used more lights and a small table for comfort though. It had a view of the rapids which was lovely. Location was the biggest perk. You could easily walk to Goat Island and all the lookouts on the American Falls side. The restaurant was also convenient; dinner was okay but the breakfast was good. The entire hotel staff was pleasant and very accommodating.

I loved the Art Deco building. The rooms were huge, wonderful high ceilings, and had a separate sitting area with its own tv, and a fireplace in the bedroom. Will definitely stay there again.
