"Lovely staff and very clean room"

"Amenities, facilities. The welcome pomelo. Staff are really lovely. Having your own pool and spa is fabulous My wife borrowed a bike to go for a ride with the family. The bikes are a bit old but fine but she took a tumble. They were great to help her out in terms of antiseptic etc."

"We stayed 2 nights in a normal double room. The hotel is very nicely decorated, in a great location and the staff are super friendly. The gym was also a nice touch for us and at the price we payed, we can’t complain. My only mention would be the cleaning services. When we arrived there was previous guest towel still hung up and quite a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The rain shower also needed cleaning."

"Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there."
