The decor in this hotel is cute and trendy, the price is nice, it was clean and beds and bath were fine. Our main critiques are the road noise and the door alarms that yell at you. Our room was at the outer backside and there was a lot of noise from the street. I would have never previously considered a room that has no outside windows or access, but this may be the place to get one of those rooms that has no windows - probably much quieter. They also have these doors with alarms that go off if you stand too long in front of it - and ours and others went off a lot. Strange and annoying. It is also a bit of a walk to the main downtown area, but not too bad. The laundry access was nice, but they do not have AC (or obvious AC to turn on) in the larger public space by the laundry room. I was going to do some computer work in that area while doing laundry and it was way too hot for that.

The interior and aesthetics of the hotel were definitely a boutique vibe & I enjoyed my stay the. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the provided amenities. Was a short drive from Ipoh Station & within walking distance or short drive from other notable areas with Ipoh. Would definitely recommend to others or stay again :)

The hotel is very lovely inside. It’s easy to walk to the old town and there are lots of food places in the old town. I cannot get into a lift due to claustrophobia and the Staff were very accommodating allowing me to take the stairs and ensure I had access.

We stayed 2 nights in a normal double room. The hotel is very nicely decorated, in a great location and the staff are super friendly. The gym was also a nice touch for us and at the price we payed, we can’t complain. My only mention would be the cleaning services. When we arrived there was previous guest towel still hung up and quite a lot of hair on the floor in the bathroom. The rain shower also needed cleaning.

Stylish hotel in Ipoh! We really enjoyed our stay - friendly staff, clean room and 10 min walk into the town. The hotel also has a restaurant attached which was very convenient and served some good food. Although the main town is walking distance, its worth noting the walk is on a main road with no pavement.

Had a nice time here. Location is good and parking is aplenty. The rooms were nicely decorated as all the M hotels are. However the kettle and tea coffee location was a bit odd next to the toilet and slightly hidden.

Room was small, window let in natural light but no view. Sliding door to the bathroom took considerable effort to open/close, and when in the open position it completely closed off access to the refrigerator & tea/coffee making facilities. Sliding door into the shower barred access to the toilet when in the open position, an interesting way to save space. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The adjacent BFF Restaurant opens late, so it did not provide a good option for us for breakfast.
