Quiet and a great balcony to chill and enjoy the view.

Everything is as expected

Marvelous. I had just wished for an extra blanket in the room, & perhaps since there's an outdoor access sauna, perhaps a robe in the room would've been nice. Also, it's definitely not sound proof. The street is surprisingly quite noisy, & other guests can be heard very easily. Though, everyone was respectful of the quiet hours, so no big deal. Can't wait to return.

An older Motel goes out of their way to make it clean and welcoming.

Such a nice hotel! We were able to enjoy time by the pool. The rooms were quiet and comfortable.

We had 2 couples trip from the US and the 4 of us stayed at the Willow cottage. This place was very cozy, convenient, clean, and comfortable. Had great amenities like the outdoor hot tub and hammock. The host was very responsive as well. We loved it here and I definitely recommend.

This is just the kind of place I enjoy staying in. Not a franchise cookie-cutter place w/o personality, this is a lovingly cared-for older place with great character. It's very obvious someone takes great pride in all aspects of the exterior and interior and the grounds too. Were I to have stayed in Hope more than 1 night, I would have stayed here all the time.

Great room and service, but the continental breakfast was pretty weak.

Friendly and courteous staff

Room was clean and modern, and fragrance free as requested. Outside was a little dated, but still good. Plenty of parking.

Sarah at the front desk was very helpful. She was also kind and efficient. Steve opened the pool early for us and was also great.
