"Nice hotel in the center of town. Staff was consistently good and helpful, suite had plenty of space and nice accommodations for two people to work. Room was clean and generally in good condition. Underground garage is typical of Toronto; reasonable height, but some of those turns are tiiiiiiiiight.
Included breakfast was ok, not exceptional; we used it once during our five day stay. Single-serve Keurig machines and coffee basics are nice, but the coffee cups in the room are small; if you're not going to service the room every day, at least give us a tiny thing of dish soap to clean our coffee thimbles.
Minor maintenance issues: our door wouldn't latch easily when closing, so we had to slam it, and twice we came to our room to find the door slightly open because hotel staff hadn't noticed this. The iHome clocks with the 30 pin iPhone charger and no USB are a bit dated at this point. Room safe didn't work - dead batteries? Couch in the living area is pretty uncomfortable to sit on, probably because it's a pull-out.

"I was upgraded! From a basic Queen bed one-room suite to the Penthouse King bed 1-bedroom suite with separate and spacious living, dining rooms and kitchen. The hotel used to be an apartment building and is now converted to hotel and all newly renovated suites. Very spacious. Full kitchen. Great for anyone doing a longer stay. Super clean except the painter was sloppy, so there are little paint drops all over the beautiful newly installed floors. Huge tvs, comfortable furniture. Bathroom was not updated. Late at night, the shower water fluctuated between warm and cold, uneven temperature. Towels super huge, lush, luxurious. Close to main subway station (Yonge/Bloor) about 4-minute walk. Restaurants and grocery store close by. Price was very reasonable for Toronto, compared to other equivalent hotels."
"Loved staying at this hotel. No issues at all other than the power went out briefly the morning we were leaving, but they got the power back on within 15/20 minutes. The room was 100% clean, had everything we needed, comfortable bed. LOVED the two pools and hot tub in the hotel. Definitely will be back."
"Checkin was not the greatest. Not super friendly. Didn’t explain where to find the restaurant nor how to connect to wifi. Needed all 4 peoples ID. I’ve never had to do that before. Room wasn’t clean well at Checkin. Next day room still wasn’t attended to until 430pm. Breakfast was great. Staff mediocre. Not sure I’d stay here again. Poor lay out. Well kept property but that’s about it."
