Once again, everything was excellent — the hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable, with warm and professional service throughout. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city, and the consistently high standard made both visits feel special. We would return without hesitation.

The Shangri-La Toronto is truly exceptional. It is far superior to many of the larger hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, and Sheraton. The lobby is beautiful and elegant without ever feeling overcrowded or chaotic, and the architecture of the building is stunning. The rooms are beautifully designed and finished, with particularly impressive bathrooms and an obvious attention to quality throughout. The gym is enormous, exceptionally well equipped, and among the best I’ve seen in a hotel. The staff is attentive, professional, and welcoming. Overall, this is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in and a completely different experience from the typical large chain hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff was amazing since the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. The room was clean, the bathroom was really nice. We tried the Boreal bath bomb and another bath salt, both made our mini staycation relaxing. We also had afternoon tea at the lounge. I am vegan and I was not disappointed. Each item burst in your mouth with flavour. Loved the whole experience. Z
