"I was incredibly surprised to find such a gem in Lugano. ALLthe staff (front desk, restaurant, gym, spa) were warm and welcoming and most important competent. The rooms are sparse but super clean and functional apartments. I enjoyed the spa services and products as well as the gym classes. The restaurant was the biggest surprise- should have a Michelin star. Excellent food, presentation and knowledgable and attentive staff. The view is gorgeous- i fact we saw an end to end rainbow one day after a storm from mountain to lake. Sorta sums up the place. Very intimate and special. "

"AWFUL!!! This was absolutely the worst property we stayed at on our 14 night Italy road trip. The staff gave us wrong information about parking. They unfairly charged us 46 Euro for parking in their garage when I parked my car outside in the free parking zone. After arguing my point I gave up. They accused me of lying. I’m a gold member with Expedia and traveled extensively in Europe. This property needs to be shut down. It destroyed my beautiful Romantic Belagio fantasy. The room was old with the floors falling apart. The room is cold without proper heating. If you go in the hot summer I highly doubt AC will work properly. Zero amenities offered, not even a slipper. Dirty smelly disgusting hotel. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

"Hotel is clean and rooms are large. Not walkable. U need a car to go anywhere. There is couple of restaurants near hotel that are ok. Feels isolated. Lecco is about 18m drive."

"The hotel is an exercise in excellence. We were escorted from the bus stop with a golf cart that also took our luggage. The hotel and amenities are spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the spa as well, as the weather was uncooperative. The included breakfast had everything anyone could need and was quite tasty. "

"We stayed for two nights and the experience was shockingly poor. We had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door from the beginning, but hotel personnel entered while we were out, moved our personal belongings and threw away papers I had placed with my medication. Another occurrence while we were sleeping in the afternoon a male staff member entered the room without knocking and walked all the way to the bed, and after realising he said he had the wrong room. This is the staff who’s usually at the entrance and helps with parking, probably he wanted to clear or help with luggage for another room.. Around 20–30 minutes later, another housekeeping staff member entered again, probably for cleaning or who knows why despite the same Do Not Disturb sign!! Unacceptable! The personnel has no sense of being cautious and at leat knock. Instead they all just to barge in! The room also could not be locked from the inside, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We reported everything to reception immediately, but there was no proper follow-up, no real apology from management and no gesture at checkout. Felt like they didn’t really care. The room was decent, but the staff training, privacy standards and guest safety were completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. I would not stay here again and do not recommend."
