"The room was beautiful. A 400-year-old Spanish colonial home, renovated and converted to a hotel. High ceilings, hardwood floors and plenty of space. It is a grand place. My only complaint was the noise. It is on a busy street where diesel buses rumble by and you feel the whole place shake. Bring earplugs! On the plus side there’s a beautiful orange Gato that roams the lobby. Having a house cat always brings it up a notch. Great location, very nice people. "

"Very friendly staff. No problem checking in early. Very early in fact. Love Puebla and have visited many times and ate at the restaurant here but this was the first time lodging. One of the oldest places in Puebla but had all modern facilities. A 2 minute walk to the Zocalo. "

"Siempre pasamos a Puebla a trasnochar y buscamos siempre algo accesible, nos habíamos quedado en muchisimos pero éste nos pareció con las 3 B, sin embargo, si hay que ir a pedir lo de siempre (toalla, papel, jabon). Si resolvieran ésto sería mejor."

The 17 apt-complex has attractive decor and is modern in design - great for digital nomads! It is manned onsite 12/7. The management & staff are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again when in the area."
