"Nice hotel, good location for train and bus stations. Close to the lake. Only stayed one night, but was very nice. Good air conditioning in the room. Good sized room and bathroom. Friendly staff."
"Good hotel in the center of Geneva.
Small room but good enough for one person or a couple.
Only thing to consider is that the toilet is by itself. And the door did not shut completely."
"I was in Geneva for professional meetings, arriving by train from one country and leaving by airplane to another country in the end. This hotel is one block away from the Geneva main train station (Cornavin) and a 10 minute train ride from the airport. Perfect, plus I have to say the service was very friendly, very helpful and efficient. Hotel is also aesthetically pleasing. I fell in love with the “little bird”lights. I made a one night reservation for my return to my original point of...

The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.
I have stayed in Geneva several times a year for many years, and found a new favorite here. The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.
The property was really nice and had all the amenities we needed. Location was perfect for a quick stopover to explore Geneva and head out to the airport or other places via train.
This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.
Excellent hotel. Breakfast had ham, cold cut meat, pastries, orange juice, mix fruit juice, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits, tea and coffee. Service for breakfast was outstanding.
Front desk was pleasant, helpful and Terik was outstanding
Also, there were little muffins in a glass case in the lobby area and these little muffins were available through out the day which was very nice
Room was spacious and very very clean
Location was outstanding since there were so many restaurants near...
The property is in a quiet area, but it is an easy walk to areas with restaurants, and also a short walk to the lakeside. I would definitely stay here again.
The minute you walked into this hotel, it’s as if you walked into the Swiss alps. All wooden fixtures, paneling, and decor. They have great, comfortable sized rooms. Clean rooms, and staff is very friendly. They give free bus passes for your whole trip, they offer discounts at the restaurant, and it is a must to go there! Traditional Swiss food, they have two guys who play the accordion, and the long traditional Swiss horn, and the bells. I have never had a more amazing experience in a...
We booked this hotel at the last minute after a change of plans in Switzerland due to the heat wave. We searched for a reasonably priced hotel that had good reviews of their air conditioning. This hotel fit the bill, and the whole hotel was a great experience. We had a room for 3 people and the room was very large! The front desk staff was amazing and kind. The hotel is across the street from a park that led to the lake. Convenient to the bus stops, and a few great restaurants nearby. We...
The hotel is a real find for anyone who neeeds a reasonably priced stay in Geneva. Excellent location, modern and very clean interiors, extremely friendly and helpful staff. In addition,it has sister hotels who complement any kind of service that may not be available on site. Great find. Will stay at Jade whenever in Geneva.
I stayed here for work and enjoyed it so much that I made a reservation here when my family joined me. The staff was very helpful including with assistance buying online soccer tickets in Zurich. This is an older property but we were very comfortable and enjoyed Le Bistro restaurant. Most importantly the location truly couldn’t be beat! The free 15 tram made getting around so easy. The hotel is an easy walk to Lake Geneva and the old city.
This was a quick 3 night trip to Geneva. What a great location; can walk to the lake from the hotel and make reservations for local activities right at the hotel desk. Did not have anything planned in advance and the staff was very helpful in booking several activities.
Took the combination tour: City Tour (bus and small train), Boat Tour (Lake Geneva…though was informed the name is actually lac Léman.), and Annecy, France. Found Geneva takes USD, EUR, and CHF currencies. Annecy only...
I liked this hotel - small, clean, tastefully modern, quiet, an accommodating staff, and close enough to the main attractions that you can walk to them all. By the way, the hotel (like most), gives you a "pass" card for all the public transportation including the train to and from the airport. A good breakfast is available as well. Hotel is a bit less than a 10 minute walk from the rail station (as you come out of the rail station go left, straight up Rue Lausanne) on a quiet side street (Rue...
