Hotels in Sanbon 2-dong

The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very...

The room felt small, but everything was highly satisfying.

Great staffs

Live plant with lighting in the room too keep it nature friendly. Light switch is near the plant, if you want turn it off before going to bed. Breakfast service stops at 0930 hours.

The evening staff was very tolerant to me who just flew 13 hours. He never lost his calm and smile. He even handed me some welcoming chocolate cookies. Also, knew how to speak English. The breakfast buffet was the best I had ever experienced throughout Europe, US, Asia, and Scandinavia lately. The floor staff and everywhere, were just wonderful. What a place!!!!

All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful as well as being kind and professional. We particularly appreciated Julia's caring touch, to proactively looking after comfort of the guests who were yet to arrive at the hotel late at night, and offered an upgrade of our room. We also appreciated Ethan's helpfulness and kindness with his bellman service, handling our luggage from our room to load up to our cab all by himself. Eunkyung from the restaurant, Demetre, was also very nice...

Friendly staff, love to been able to have coffee maker in room

The hotel is located in prime location of Gangnam district, but includes little bit of walking from nearby subway station. It also offers free breakfast which was actually eatable and better than what I imagined. The bathroom was little tiny though and reminded me of those airplane restrooms. For one to two day stays, it would be okay considering the budget and everything but anything longer that, I would sugesst somewhere else.

This hotel goes above and beyond. Can confidently say it's been my family's favorite stay in all of Asia so far. Thank you to all the staff! We will be back:)

日本語スタッフのホスピタリティーが素晴らしかったです

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...
