"I had always wanted to stay at this hotel.what a disappointment. The hotel needs a huge amount of maintenance. My entire family stayed here. There was water leaking from the ceiling in areas. Areas where it looked like the ceiling might fall.
The beach staff were ok- but when you ordered anything- it took a long time. They had to get everything from the main kitchen, even drinks.

Hotel is less than 10 mins from airport which was great after long flight. Hotel offered a complimentary transfer and had a car waiting to pick us up from the airport.
Service was fantastic as was the buffet breakfast.

"We spent almost three hours looking for our accomodation. None of the locals knew where it was and despite being informed over email that 'my unit would be guaranteed with law arrivals' it was not. We found the hotel several times but had no answer. Oh and one more thing, I booked this because Expedia stated that it was 4.4km from the airport, perfect for me to catch my flight the next morning. It was 11pm at night, so no traffic and it still took over 30 mins to get to. No where near the...

"This is a decent hotel but not excellent I would say. Looks old and needs lot of attention to finer aspects of the rooms and building. Location is certainly very good if you have a lake view room.
