"We stayed here in Nov and were hosted very well by the staff. especially Jennie. She is full of energy and her personality rubbed off on us. The hotel is in an excellent location and has great facilities. Room was spacious and breakfast was good. Wonderful view of Hanoi city. Would definitely stay here again."

The room is very small, barely has space to walk around and the windows are facing the busy street with a lot of noise even on the higher floor. Service is great but breakfast is nothing to desire "
