Everything was nice. Check in was smooth, and communication was good. Apartment was clean and in decent shape overall. The security guard at the pool could use a lesson in decency and politeness. Gym was suitable but not for heavy lifters. The area around the building is NOT pedestrian friendly, but we did find a few cool shops and restaurants. Overall it was a pretty good experience.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Amber Cove Residence. The unit had a beautiful sea view and was fully furnished with useful amenities such as a water dispenser, air conditioning, water heater, and washing machine, WIFI which made the stay very comfortable and convenient.
The only downside was the delay in receiving the room check-in details, which caused a bit of inconvenience. Other than that, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.
CK Hotel is an excellent budget option in Malacca. The hotel and room were very clean, a short 8 minutes to the historical center, and a 15 min Grab/taxi to the bus terminal for only 7rm. There was a filter water station on every floor which was very convenient. Would stay again without hesitation.

The hotel is pretty new and the accommodation is very good. Although it is a bit out of the way, we use the GRAB ehauling service. Make sure you go to next door Starlight Restaurant and try the local cooking - excellent taste and reasonably price.
The Moty Hotel is beautiful, especially inside and quite impressive. The staff deserve recognition for their “top-notch” performance, and always with a big smile! One individual, Tarani Nannadha, was absolutely wonderful and helped us out a lot so thank you! The room is spacious, as well as the bathroom. The lobby is stunning, and the pool is clean and refreshing. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment of food to choose from and quite busy. If I go to Melaka again, I would not hesitate...
