8/10 Very good

The room is clean and spacious. The place is very accessible to nearby shopping, not too far from Jonker Walk. Good transport options for coaches nearby. Washroom does not have a bath tub. The tv seems to be analogue with poor picture quality. Only thing is breakfast is for a lot of customers, quality is average at best.

I love staying at the Hatten Hotel. Been there many times. It is located conveniently in the heart of Bandar Hilir. What I love is that the coach bay is just next to it. Love the breakfast spread too. Thank you for the birthday surprise. Received a small piece of cake delivered to my room. Just take note the phone is not in working order in room 1354 ya. When I call out, the operator unable to hear me.

8/10 Very good

Convenient location walkable to historical sites and shopping malls. The hotel is in need if a major refurbishment. The facilities wasn't great, the sauna and steam room was out of order. The pool was full of kids splashing around which was very noisy and crowded. Breakfast area was very busy had lots of choices if they refill the items also the quality isn't great. The room was spacious and comfortable. If you're looking for convenience and comfort this hotel suits the needs.
