the rooms were well appointed with queen size beds. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The light breakfast is excellent. The view is amazing and is in an excellent location with in a block from the park and ocean. there is not air conditioning but the time of year I went was lovely and did not require it. Also, if you are unable to take stairs I would say this location is not for you because there is not a lift.
My very first time visiting France in general and Hotel Busby didn’t disappoint! So close to everything and very safe for solo female traveler like me! Friendly staff, clean hotel and very walkable to all the famous attractions in Nice! Highly recommend!
The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel could not have been better. Such a beautiful area, less than 10 minutes walk to the train station, eat breakfast while looking at the cathedral, and attached to a cafe with a ton of gluten free options. The staff were also all so absolutely lovely and helpful, every single one went above and beyond. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for shopping and getting around Nice were spot on. The rooms were spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the park from the terrace. Free coffee anytime, free wifi and close to the local tram, train station and a ten minute walk to the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. The restaurant next door was also amazing and full of locals. I would recommend staying here.
Exquisite hotel! Service was impeccable. The two restaurants and the bar were beyond exceptional. This hotel is simply top notch. From its history, to all its ornamental architecture, to all of its artwork, we simply did not want to leave. Fascinating stay. Well trained staff who exceeds every expectation.
We were welcomed upon arrival and checked in quickly. We also received helpful suggestions and maps for Nice, including the bus routes. The bus picks up in front of and across the street from the hotel. I found using google maps the easiest to navigate bus routes and stops. Anyway, our room was renovated and the only small complaint was the dim lighting in it, as our room was south facing and didn’t receive lots of sunlight (difficult to apply makeup in the AM). The people here are amazing in their ability and offers to be of assistance and with great patience across multiple languages. Any question we had from tourism to french phrases was welcomed with a smile and a great deal of care to ensure that we understood. The location of the hotel was ideal for restaurants, sites, and just about 5-6 minute walk to the sea!
The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were small, but the space was very efficient with good shelving for your luggage etc. They had comfortable beds and super cute aesthetic. Very easy walk to the train station. I would definitely stay there again.
