I booked this hotel because it has beautiful views of the park, is a 3 minute walk from the beach and has 24 hour concierge. The hotel was very helpful with my pre-stay requirements. On our stay, the hotel staff were knowledgable and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Nice.

Great location in Nice, France. Breakfast was outstanding. It's a 4 star hotel. I was very happy and I've stayed at the Crillon in Paris which is a 5 star and over the moon fabulous. this hotel is not the Crillon but we were wanting to be close to the beach, and a safe location. I will go back again the next time I return to Nice. The front desk was very helpful. AC was fine.

Considering the price (2,000 euros for 6 days), I am not satisfied. I spilled juice in the bed; I had to sleep with that stain for four nights because they don't change the bed linen! Otherwise, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent! But small rooms and the room i tierd. Did not Get the room that i ordered! Ordered 2 beds and in the room it was only one queen bed.

Hotel is in a great location, However, some staff were very rude and not helpful at all. They refused too provide with an extra bottle of water. The breakfast were below par, pool was very small and Drinks were very expensive. The wifi in our room wasn’t working and they were no help.

The hotel is very well located on the beautiful Promenade Park and walking distance from the old town area. There are plenty of restaurants around as well. The buffet was very nice, but I wouldn’t really rave about it. It was slightly more Grand than the general regular US Hotel included breakfast. It included: chafing dishes with some hot breakfast items a selection of fruits, selection of baked goods, cereals, and beverages. We had a comfort level room. It was clean, sparse and small, but adequate for its use also included a sizable safe.

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location near old town, Place Massena, and next door to Resto Felix (highly recommend) with a rooftop bar and restaurant with excellent views, good cocktails, and good food. The staff is kind and helpful. The air conditioning works extremely well. There is a nice soaking tub. The pros end there. Cons: This is a very dated property that resembles and feels like a motel rather than a 4-star hotel. The room furniture is outdated and not in a charming way; the wall mirror is stained and unusable; there is no real coffee in the room (kettle with tea and instant coffee ... in 2026); my kettle did not work at all and the walk in shower temperature valve was broken - both of which took an excessive amount of time and multiple calls to fix; the shower amenities consist of one bottle of the same product for your hair and body (no separate shampoo, conditioner, body wash); the bottle did not pump properly; there is no hair dryer, but rather a vacuum cleaner - looking machine that struggles to spurt hot air; the gym was a mess with poor lighting, equipment strewn about everywhere, a light socket hanging out of the ceiling, and machines that I am not sure are even safe to use. I did not use any other space or amenity. This was not a comfortable stay and I recommend that any traveler seeking even a hint of modernity or luxury stay elsewhere.
