"Excellent hotel. We checked in late around 9pm and were greeted by a very friendly front desk agent. Loved our room; it was spacious with 2 queen beds, a desk, comfy chair and a gas fireplace. We had a balcony with 2 chairs and took advantage of sipping our coffee in the morning overlooking the mountains. Room was very clean. We took advantage of the Breakfast to Go bag for a small fee and enjoyed it in our room. Unfortunately we only spent one night but will definitely be coming back!"

"This was our third time going to Blackstone. We love the outdoor hot tubs. It’s easy walking around Canmore which has many great restaurants. Lots of hiking trails. Just a nice little getaway "

"Perfect place to stay if you are skiing in Banff or Lake Louise . Included breakfast was amazing. Staff was lovely. Sitting on the lobby near the fireplace was ideal since there were two families. The slide is fun and the hot tub was clean and hot. "

" Stay there overnight for a medical appt as we are from out of town Hotel and property very clean Staff friendly Building and parking lot extremely dated and I'm sure the property will be flipped for future condo developments which is the rage in Canmore right now. I was frustrated that they have streaming service remotes etc. on site but do not offer any streaming services capability and the cable tv connection was poor. Volume and picture constant interruptions while trying to watch Property should remove ROKU devices from rooms if not providing streaming services Telephone also did not work"
