"Clean and well located in Poblado. Very nice pool. The spa was quite lacking. They offered a couples package that I wanted but they say they only carry one masseuse so one person would have to follow another?? I ended having to find a good spa at another hotel. Aside from that it's a good place to stay."

"I like everything -location, good, cleanness. I dislike people don't speak english, and the one who knows try to speak only their language at first, knowing we are foreigns. No training in catastrophic issues like the earthquake we encounter while there. We had a hard time to find stairs- no clearly market in the hallway. No directions to fallows-where you should go to protect-park or open areas, or alarms to make you aware. we asked for a blood pressure monitor, they gave us an old fashioned ( monitor with a stethoscope), non electronic manometer that nobody know how to use- electronic is needed that give you the exact reading. I am a physician so I knew how to use it, I asked who can do it for me and they didn't know, I asked and they say they have a person and needed to find out who?- slow process for emergencies."

"Mi estadía en el Hotel CUT Medellín fue excelente. Las instalaciones, el servicio y la experiencia en general fueron muy agradables. Es importante mencionar que el hotel todavía se encuentra en fase de construcción y terminación en algunas de sus áreas, algo que seguramente irá mejorando con el tiempo. Aun así, se nota claramente el gran potencial de este proyecto. Sin lugar a dudas, se perfila como uno de los mejores hoteles de la zona. Definitivamente, una excelente opción para hospedarse en Medellín. Por cierto , tiene uno de los mejores lugares para el café "Pergamino""

"This was my fourth time staying in this incredible hotel. The hotel is impeccable. The staff is fantastic, very friendly. The food was great. The daily breakfast has a variety of excellent products and delicious dishes. Although the hotel is located three blocks away from Provenza and all the bars and restaurants, I never heard any kind of noise."
