"The property had a great location. Everything was walkable or short uber/taxi ride. Staff was friendly, breakfast good. Floors in the room could use some polishing. No major complaints"

"The location is great,right in the historique center of Merida. There is a parking included in front of the hotel and it is very convenient. The staff is 5 stars and very nice. It is an historique building and very nice looking but few issues for this reason. the rooms are non insonorised and you can hear the people on others rooms or in the pool patio , especially if your room is on the main floor. the matresses are super hard and it can be an issue for some people. The batroom are ok but could be more clean. The breafast is complementary are very basic but enought for europeen style."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Doralba Inn in Mérida, located in the historic heart of Mérida. The room was consistently sptotless throughout my visit, and I’m giving full marks for cleanliness. The staff were another highlight - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their responsiveness really elevated the experience. The swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, especially in the heat of March. It became my go-to spotter to cool off after long days of exploring the city and other not-to miss touristic gems Yucatan has to offer. The only thing that didn’t quite meet my expectations was the breakfast. I found the menu a bit repetitive, and it wasn’t the buffet-style variety I had anticipated. That said, aside from breakfast, the hotel met all of my expectations and offered great value overall. I would happily stay here again for the comfort, central location, service, and relaxing atmosphere."

"La ubicación es buena. El personal es amable. Se sirve desayunos (no comida y no cena). La habitación presentó fallas, las reporté y no lo resolvieron. Fuga de agua en el tanque del sanitario, lo que significó un desperdicio de agua de manera contínua por varios días. En la regadera se ven espacios oxidados y mal selladas las tuberías. Con gusto regreso a Mérida y no a ese hotel. "

"Getting to the hotel was easy and Check in was fine. Our issue began the following day when we didn’t have hot water to shower, the power went out completely and my sister in laws pajamas and nephews shirt went missing. We reported it and asked if it maybe had been taken with the linens during the outage and they said laundry was made through third party and would have to wait for them to check if they took it with the sheets . So we waited them to call which they didn’t do so we called and they said it was not found and they couldn’t do anything about it. The third day the tshirt was miraculously folded on the chair and yet the pajamas no where to be found. They didn’t want to give us the manager contact and said she was already aware but nothing could be done. Our rooms were not swept at all in 4 days either and her room was never restocked with coffee and just 1 water for 4 people. It wasn’t a great experience overall. "
