We were there for brain surgery at the hospital down the street. The hotel was in a good location near the hospital and plenty of restaurants to walk to. We got massages and the spa rooms were impressive.

Staff was great ... including house keeper, front desk and the restaurant. Very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I stayed because of location to work and restaurants but I enjoyed my stay here.

Nice and beautiful stay, close to downtown

This is a great 5 star hotel in Ankara. Location is very good close to shopping and restaurants and only few minutes drive from the city center. The rooms are very clean with good quality bedding and modern bathroom and they are sufficiently big. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The biggest problem for me was actually finding the entrance of the hotel. There is construction around the hotel and the entrance is lost. There were no street signs showing the entrance either. I had to circle...

Helpfull staff, clean room, quite.. All was very good.

The hotel was very clean and it has a big parking lot. The room was comfortable. All the towels and extra pillows were in plastic bags. The shower was very good. The breakfast could be better, pancakes were very dry. The staff was helpful and friendly. If we come back to Ankara, we definetely would like to stay here again.

Very nice & clean Hotel.

The Divan Cukurhan hotel was beyond anything I expected. Knowing the Divan group of hotels I knew that there would be attention to detail and the best in services. But I was unprepared for the luxury, the decadence of the decor, attention to meeting every need of a discerning guest, down to an espresso machine, the finest sheets and bath robe and a weighing machine in the bathroom. I had a fantastic stay! The only thing that I wish I had seen was that breakfast was not included in my room rent....

Staff was very helpful. Even we came very earlier, but in the reception they made room available for us. Corona Virus measures are taken very seriously. It is very close to Sogutozu/Cukurambar Business disctrict, Ministries, and City center. In front of the hotel there are public transports. Several the best restaurants of Ankara are in walking distance, in Balgat district.
