I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. A special thank you to Ms. Ayse at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

6/10 Good

People under 18 cannot use/enjoy wet zones or SPA! This is much more Americanism than the original. You can make parents sign a document if needed. Using wet zones and SPA was our main purpose while choosing this hotel, but my son couldn’t.

8/10 Very good

Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very clean. We were happy during our short stay. Skybar decoration and lighting ambience could be better compared to rest of the hotel design.

LOCATION AND CLEANLESS
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed, and everything seemed to be going perfectly at first. The room was clean and comfortable. However, we were genuinely disappointed to find that the minibar was not complimentary. After paying 14,000 TL for the room, it felt disheartening that such services weren’t included. Since we had forgotten our phone cable in the car, we requested an iPhone charger. The charger that was sent to us turned out to be a fake, and it didn’t work at all. Because it was late at night, we only realized the issue in the morning and informed the reception. Charging us 600 TL for using a 5W fake charger was shocking. At the very least, we should have been told it wasn’t an original product. Additionally, we noticed that there were no alcoholic beverages in our minibar. We only realized this when the front desk asked if we had used anything from the minibar. When we inquired, the staff told us that the alcohol was removed from the minibar for the next guest. That explanation surprised us, as we would have expected alcoholic options to be available in our room during our stay. This was our first time staying at a Marriott, and having so many issues pile up left us quite disappointed. Unfortunately, these experiences took away from what could have been a truly pleasant stay.
