Staff was helpful. Room was cleaned/fresh towels -daily. Nice water pressure. Room was nice, just warm/hot. Couldn’t open both windows. Didn’t use any other amenities onsite. Location is away from city center, so it is quieter. Walking distance (up and down hill) to bus stations and metro. Walking distance from some shopping and restaurants. Generally-a great stay and intend to come again in a few months!

We liked the hotel, and the amenities. The breakfast was definitely worth the cost. My having a walking disability greatly limited my access to the swimming pool. Using the service elevator was a workable solution. However, having pool access via a direct elevator would have been helpful.

This is worst hotel I have ever been in my life due to the following reasons as shown below: AC not working Rooms are dirty Toilet sink was blocked Maintenance staff very very poor Rooms smells bad Beds are not comfy and creaky. The bad mattress is awful and I had a serious back pain the next day. Elevator was also a disaster. They were so slow. The shower heads was full of calc, spraying water everywhere, but me. can be a two star hotel but definitely not a five star.
