"Nice place"

"Very nice hotel, the rooms were a tad small and a little outdated, but it was such a wonderful location and the staff was great, so it that made up for it. Plus if you are there to sightsee and enjoy the surrounding areas, it is exactly what you need. We were able to check in early too which was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe too."

"The hotel is old. The view is terrific. All the windows were dirty and that was a pity for the view. Breakfast was amazing on the 24th floor. "

"I checked in at 1:00 a.m. and set my alarm for 9:30 a.m., but I was woken up at 6:00 a.m. due to construction right outside my window. I wasn’t able to fall back asleep. I then changed to another room, but the noise was still there, although slightly reduced."

"Great hotel with good customer service, lovely clean room. 10-15 min walk to Grand Place. Central station around the corner which makes it easy to get out to other parts of Belgium like Bruges & Ghent."
