"Room is big with living room. Kitchen wares are clean, new and usable. Comes with a free charger for our ev but there were only 4 and fully parked. Only bad experience is that when I checkout, the only lift is out of services. I have to lift my luggage down the stairs!"

"This hotel was in an excellent location for our visit to Heidelberg - a bus stop right across the road. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely decorated (we appreciated having two chairs in the room). Convenient undergroung parking. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We got here in time for Happy Hour so had a plesant drink on the outdoor terrace. Then had a delicious dinner at a nearby restaiurant."

"I've asked for a room on a lower floor,and got a lovely room on the 2nd floor. Very comfortable bed and big shower cubicle too.I've stayed in a 4* hotels and actually rate Premier Inn, better than some of the 4stars! Staff are very pleasant and helpful. 10 min walk from the Mannheim train station too,therefore convenient for early departure. Danke,grazie mille."

"For our two rooms, 4 adults and one child, Expedia indicates that I shall only pay 14 euros on arrival, all other fees are paid except for the parking. but the Hotel charged us 40 euros which includes 19 euros’ parking. The detail invoice shows that the Hotel charged the taxes on child (which shall not be the case) and another accommodation fees which has been paid with expedia."

"Pros-Our 3 person room was very spacious, complete with cooking facilities and a fridge. Immaculately clean, very modern and the bathroom was superb. The breakfast selection was also fresh with a good selection of food. It's location is 10 minutes away from the main tourist areas. It's flat terrain, so easy walking. Cons- Limited on street parking spaces. Non available for our stay, so needed to leave in nearby Q Park underground garage. The elevator is tiny. Fortunately, we only needed it to transport our luggage. People with special needs may struggle. Overall, recommended 👌."
