As I arrived at Q Hotel, I realized that I had dropped my phone in the Uber that took me there. The front desk staff was so helpful. They spent an hour helping me to phone my telephone so that we could ask the Uber driver to come back. In the end it all worked out well.

Location is a bit far from tourist destinations like Old Town or The Jewish Quarter. So you’ll need to uber or take transit. That said, there is both a bus and tram stop right outside that connects to those places (as well as the main train station) easily.
Super convenient to arrive to by train from the city and be in your room in 10 minutes, and equally extremely easy and time-saving to get to airport in the early morning.
Staying here is like coming home to family. Staff are attentive, professional and friendly, and provide great recommendations for dining and other activities. The hotel overall was very good, great buffet breakfast , clean room, but the sofa bed was too small for my two children, I wish that they would mention the size of sofa while booking the room, I would get an extra rollaway. Also, the free wifi didn't work on 8th floor, which was strange, because it worked on the 10th floor at our previous room when we visited earlier. Well, the stay was nice, hotel is little further from Old Town, but shuttle service provided for free is very helpful to get you...

We stayed at Pod Różą for 3 nights in mid September. The staff were welcoming and very friendly. Our room was lovely and full of thoughtful details like slippers, ear plugs (that we didn't need to use) and lovely Occitane bathroom products. Breakfast was excellent and the waiting staff were delightful. The hotel is in a fantastic location and we loved everything about it.
Nothing to complain about. Everything went well. The accommodations were outstanding. Everyone was friendly. We were just passing through on our way to Ukraine, but after staying here, we want to come back and do the tourist thing in Krakow. And it's very close to the bus and train station.
Great new hotel a stones throw from the main square and the main railway station. Nice sized rooms and comfortable beds. There’s a little bar in the lobby and decent breakfast. For a 3.5 star hotel it definitely punches above its weight.
Stay was amazing! Steps away from old town square. Many sites within walking distance, St. Mary’s Church, clock tower, Rynek Underground Museum, Cloth Hall, Wawel Castle and church.
