Very good location and nice staff. But there was a lot of noise from outside so better to stay on a higher lever. The breakfast was ok, but missed bacon

Excellent breakfast Very comfortable, basic, uncluttered and easy to stay in. Good Greek restaurant next door but one. Good pizza next door. Book their car park if you have a car as the old town has restrictions on cars.

The room was clean and very efficient. The staff was fantastic. They are friendly and kind. My only negative was the shower floor was quite slippery especially with the shower soap they provided.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent. We found the beds a little too firm, and the pillows weren’t particularly comfortable, but of course, this is very much a matter of personal preference. We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel, as it looked quite basic. However, breakfast preferences are also very individual, so it may suit others perfectly well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at H12. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for visiting the old town of Krakow.Breakfast was good but could get busy at peak times. The only issue was the poor WiFi service.

Super location in this small hotel... Breakfast was amazing for the money paid. Staff always ready and willing to help. Free teas, coffees and sometimes small pastries available in the reception an excellent touch. Tiny downside was the internet was intermittent which was frustrating sometimes however not on a break to surf the net Lovely time and would recommend 👍
