"Excellent hotel. Very good facilities for those with disabilities/different abilities. About 15-20 mins walk from the City Centre, 10 mins from Mario Zambrano train station. Breakfast is o.k. Would definitely look at Ilunion hotels again if visiting somewhere where is is one."

"We booked a ground floor room as limited availability. The hotel itself was lovely but when we checked the guy at reception was putting us off our room before we had even seen it and was trying to get up to upgrade. It put us off as it felt like the hard sale before seeing the room we had been allocated. We stuck with the ground floor and it had a weird enclosed balcony which it does not show or mention in any of the pictures. The room itself was nice and we did enjoy our stay but if they had other rooms available why not upgrade us for goodwill rather than charging us"

"I stayed overnight before taking the train the following day. This was an excellent location for the train station. About a 5 min walk. The room was very small and the bed was a little creaky but it was perfect for what I needed. Everything in the room was well maintained and the room was well equipped- except no refrigerator which I always prefer to have in a hotel room. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again if I was coming back and traveling via train."
