Absolutely awful room, dark, dingy, I hated it, the window let no light in as it was in a enclosed courtyard at the back, the blinds didn't go up, loads of noise in the night, our room cost £109 it truly was awful. Good points were clean linen & the reception lads were friendly nothing else .......

I have stayed before modernization of rooms a plus reasonably clean as to be expected with amount of rooms used. Shared bathrooms get busy at certain times. But overall good location and prices. Would be good if staying open all year round

Very good accommodation. Not luxurious, but sufficient. Very clean. There was no hand soap or towels/paper in the toilets, but body soap was available. Friendly service and a short walk to the train station.

Manager of the hotel is an absolute crook. Booked a room for 2 people, they only had a room for 1- manager refuses to acknowledge any fault or refund the difference in price. On top of that rooms are extremely musty.

WORST ROOM / Dirty rooms

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The pictures on the website is far from what you get, it is literally false advertisement. The walls were full of what I suspect to be bodily fluids, the beds dosnt even have a top mattress which they advertise that they do, which means the Beds are rock hard. I left within 2 hours of arriving, I would have left sooner if I had another place to go to. They also take your keys every time that you leave the hotel, even if it’s just to go to eat, buy a soda or whatever. You HAVE to leave the keys with them every time you leave. So to summarise. I would personally advise NOT TO BOOK I have attached some pictures of what I booked, vs what I got

I am trying to get a duplicated payment, which was taken from Serramar reception in error and am having IMMENSE dificultirmes trying to have the payment reimbursed. My messages aren't being answered and am unable to contact the Serramar via telephone.

Det är mer som ett vandrarhem, med väldigt stora rum. Af beskrivningen på hotellet, framgick det att det var delat dusch, men inte att toaletterna var gemensamma. Ganska torftigt, ingen tvål på de gemensamma toaletter, inte på rummen heller. HoteL korridoren är en labyrint, och det finns endast en utgång. Ett stort plus är närhet till stationen, och att byn inte är så exploaterat, den trevliga personalen och att det är otroligt rent. Men det pris jag betalade var för högt i förhållandet till standarden.

Custo x Beneficio perfeito, localização muito boa, próximo de tudo ( um pouquinho afastado da praia), foram extremamente prestativos e flexíveis em relação a passar alguns minutos do horário do check-out. No geral recomendo e muito ( é claro que não se pode esperar luxo, porém é compensado com segurança, tranquilidade e facilidade para tudo). Estão de parabéns!!

Da wir in umliegenden Städten keinen Flug fanden, verlängerten wir unseren Urlaub spontan um einen Tag in Málaga. Wegen der Eile und der hohen Preise wählten wir dieses Hotel. Das Zimmer entsprach jedoch nicht den Fotos, und uns war nicht bewusst, dass es nur Gemeinschaftsbäder gab. Trotz Reinigung waren die Sanitäranlagen wegen der vielen Gäste unsauber. Dass Toiletten direkt in den Duschkabinen stehen, ist unhygienisch – wegen des gestanks konnte ich einmal gar nicht duschen. Zudem war es sehr laut: Wegen schlechter Isolierung, Toilettengängen und feiernden Männergruppen wachten wir nachts mehrmals auf. Auch liefen ständig Gäste halbnackt auf den Fluren herum. Ein weiteres Problem: Manche Fenster liegen direkt gegenüber. Erst beim Check-out wies uns der Nachtportier nach unserer Kritik darauf hin, dass es auch Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gibt – leider viel zu spät.

Det luktade extremt starkt av rengöringsmedel i rummet, vi fick vädra i flera timmar men svårt att få bort lukten. Det var svårt med parkering utanför boendet och det fanns ingen toalett i rummet, men det framgick inte vid bokningen. Vi fick springa ut till delade toaletter med små barn mitt i natten. Stark röklukt i korridorerna men ingen röklukt i rummet.
