"So basic. No wardrobe or even bedside tables for a lamp. No drawers to put any clothes away. Basic breakfast. Very little selection esp fruit. Only 2 coffee machines for a 7 storey hotel. One of them wasnt working most of our stay"

"Superb stay. Food great, staff friendly, hotel spotless and amazing location "

"The location was what I expected. A quiet and beautiful place but close to playa de Illetas beach. A short ride to Palma as well. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was what I expected. Only had the dinner buffet once as we wanted to explore local restaurants. It was okay but couldn’t complain as we were tired from a long flight. Diego at the front desk was very helpful and patient with us. I will definitely return back and stay in the ocean view room next time!"

"We had a pleasant stay! Very nice area, the bus to Palma stops right outside the hotel. The people who work here are very nice!"

"Loved the sky bar and food very good."

"Lovely hotel with plenty of outdoor space and good dining options. Dinner is served in the Bonanza Playa hotel across the street which has excellent sea views and free cava on arrival. There is also a dresscode with no shorts allowed so don't forget to pack long trousers."
