Pools and pool areas were well maintained with good vibes. Loved the roof top bar but very windy shame it isn’t open during the day.
I was in standard room, which really needed to be updated even with the standard hard rock theme. It really did feel like i stepped back in time to the 80’s This room seemed outdated.
The Food in all the restaurants was very average, breakfast seemed to have a wide choice. As a solo traveller every time i got up to get to fetch coffee, water or something my table was cleared away staff ready to seat the next group or family. This gave the impression this hotel is not set up for solo guests
over all staff were friendly and helpful.

Pool was cold most days. Not heated. Pillows where needing refreshed. Bar sold cocktails, more expensive than outwith the hotel, and only did 5 set ones. Didn't do margaritas for example. Kind of expect to sit wt hotel and relax with the drink you want, but this wasn't possible.
Construction site across the road so air quality was poor, plus the obvoius noise pollution. Not relaxing for holiday.
Paid extra for a patio, it was huge, but was missing a chair for the 3rd guest. Plus a lot of dust from the aforementioned construction site meant our feet where filthy if we walked in it, plus couldn't dry clothes in it.
