This is an absolutely stunning hotel, in an ideal location just on the beachfront. It’s had a massive renovation and the room that we stayed in was stunning, but it was a suite and free upgrade from being a platinum member on Hotels.com

8/10 Very good

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were definitely some areas that could be improved. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable, and the beds were perfectly fine. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay – everyone we met was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. There was not much variety, and quite a lot of the food was dry and overcooked. Some dishes also seemed to have been sitting out for quite a long time, which affected both the taste and the overall quality. We expected a better standard and more variation from the buffet. Overall, the hotel itself was nice and the excellent staff made a very positive impression, but the food was clearly the weakest part of our stay. With some improvements to the quality and variety of the food, this could be a very good hotel.

Great stay, no ironing board or iron as standard in the room which was a negative. Iron and board very poor quality when requested. Otherwise, a great all inclusive option in a fantastic location

10/10 Exceptional

Was a lovely stay, we opted for bed and breakfast so we could explore the surroundings. Breakfast was good but wish there were some more veggie options, a lot of the items had pork in it, the kitchen staff were good though, although I didn’t realise till our third day they could make me a veg omelette! Maybe share this when guests arrive, especially if they have dietary requirements. Other than that, the hotel itself was gorgeous! The pool was massive and the beach was just behind the hotel. Never had an issue finding a sun bed, all the staff were really friendly and very attentive. Great location, so much to do on the doorstep, would come back and stay here again! Overall it was a fabulous holiday!

Beautiful hotel with clean modern rooms. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a good variety of options. I’d like to give a special thank-you to Abelardo, who consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and enthusiasm truly enhanced our stay and made the experience exceptional. We would gladly return — and hope to see Abelardo again on our next visit.
