We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location made getting to the Disney parks very easy, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences at the hotel.
Breakfast was great, the laundry facilities were easy to use, and there was plenty of space in the common areas for our family to come together, relax, and enjoy some downtime.

I enjoyed my stay. I came to visit Paris Disneyland. The room was bare bones and sufficient. For someone who likes to walk every day there was a shopping mall about a 20 minute walk with an aquarium and walking to Disney bus was only about 10 mins.
I also due to getting sick while at the park had to use a Bolt car to return to the property which was convenient and cost only 15 euros.
It’s tiny but has a big television and the best part of all was the breakfast buffet every morning.
Both times with five people in our family. It is very hard to find hotels for a family of five. Very convenient to the rail station with easy access to Disney and the city.

A chateau like property with large rooms and bathrooms. Excellent beakfast. Front desk staff and dining room staff went out of their way to help. Conviently close to the airport, 12 minutes, with the atmosphere of a small French town. Nothing negative to say in spite of the fact that I am usually a very critical person.
I’ve stayed at other hotels in the Val d’Europe area, and in Bussy St. Georges. This has been my best experience, traveling with only my partner. It was comfortable, clean, and in an excellent location.

We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
I found this property to be delightful. The staff were friendly, patient, and willing to look over my language barrier. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located across the street from multiple bus stops and the subway station. It was very easy to just walk over and take the subway into Paris on our first day then Disneyland Paris on the next day. If you do not speak French, don’t let staying here dissuade you. I would advise anyone visiting...
