Fabulous hotel, friendly staff beds very soft and pillows not lumpy. On site food is great and plenty of shuttles to Disneyland park with specific times. Next time I travel to Disney will 100% be using this hotel.

Lovely property. Perfectly and conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the Disney Parks. The pool, arcade, restaurant, and free shuttle to Disney made our weekend well worth the stay!! Thank Ki Space for being so perfect for us!! We will be back soon! ☺️

Ideal location, very clean hotel, swimming pool area was very good nice and clean and brand new. The shuttle service was also very convenient, bit busy in the evening come back but it’s free. If we came back to Disneyland this is where we would stay again. Great value for money

Rooms are clean and very spacious. The pool area is large and clean and is a hit with families. The shuttle to Disneyland is very convenient BUT it is SO crowded that it feels unsafe at times and there were a couple times we literally could not get on so we had to wait for the following one. This was frustrating considering they have two empty buses sitting in the parking lot that we did not see move for our 5 day stay. Perhaps another driver would alleviate this problem? Otherwise would definitely stay again. The location is perfect with a reasonable price.

This hotel was lovely! The beds were so comfortable, could have stayed longer. The shuttle to the Disney parks were so helpful and it only took about 15 minutes. I would really recommend this hotel and would definitely go back!

Fantastic place to stay. It was my daughter’s 6th birthday and the staff had put out balloons and chocolates (without being prompted). Shuttle service works well to Disney, pool is great and so are rooms. Fantastic place!

The hotel was extremely clean and professional. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative and it isn’t even a huge problem was they had no wash cloths in the bathrooms.

8/10 Very good

The room floor was dusty & lots of hairs visible, we notified reception who said they would ask housekeeping to clean. The bedding was changed however the room floor didn’t look any cleaner. There was a balloon inflated under the bed that was not ours, still there after 3 days The rest of the hotel was amazing though, we loved the pool area

Rooms clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. Bar is great but closes early. Daily parking charge not advertised on Expedia as this adds 15 euro extra per day which then impacts booking.

6/10 Good

Positives: -Hotel impressive on arrival. -Helpful staff at reception. - clean rooms and comfortable beds But unfortunately: - a large deposit was needed to be paid by card, they said it be refunded in 4 days. This wasnt expected - decor in the rooms is ‘interesting’. Unfinished ceilings and walls perhaps industrial style, but this wasn’t like the rest if the hotel - shuttle bus to the parks only one every 50 min and not adequate for the amount of guests. On return from DLP my children were nearly crushed by the people pushing on. They were so upset we ended up spending a lot of money the next evening for a taxi - breakfast on a busy day was again not adequate for the amount of guests. No spoons, butter, bananas, boiled eggs for 30 min Wouldn’t stay again

6/10 Good

Ki space is in a great location for Disney and has a free shuttle bus. The room was clean, the bathroom was very nice and, athough a little cramped, the family room could sleep up to 6 which is amazing. Unfortunately, the pool was cold and the hydromassage jets were not working. The website didn't make clear that all elements of the spa were for over 16s and that use of the spa had to be pre-booked. This was very disappointing.

Location is great, hotel looks lovely, breakfast is really good, swimming pool is so warm and lovely and the gym is fantastic. Only thing that has let it down is we paid for a room for 4 people but the 2nd bed wasn’t set up, not enough towels for 4 people. We had to ask for all of this to be sorted and set the bed up out selfs. At £180 a night we would have expected the room to be set up for us.

Room was cleaned daily. This was my 5th stay. Swimming pool is amazing, this time I discovered you could get a spa towel card you could exchange for a towel at the pool just make sure you keep exchanging it back to hand the card back to reception otherwise you will be charged. Staff were super helpful this is the kids favourite hotel when coming to disney. We didn't use the bus at all on this trip but it's only for this hotel so you don't have the overcrowded pushing as you do at other hotels.

Awesome place to stay with your family to go to Disneyland, Paris. The breakfast was delicious, the amenities were great for the kids, including the pool and the arcade. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was perfect. The staff were very helpful, especially Brahen who went above and beyond when we left a backpack at Disney Village. We asked for his help to call the restaurant we left it in to help translate and not only did he call them, he drove to the restaurant, picked up the backpack and delivered it to our room. He refused a tip for his above and beyond gesture as well!

Overall condition of the hotel is extremely good, staff are friendly, but spa staff seem a little untrained. 3 staff members thought it better to chat to each other instead of attending to a customer stood in front of them., which was picked up by another member of staff who was on the phone. Gym and pool facilities are excellent and the pool spa is incredible, and very good for families, although no lifeguard could be seen. Check in and out process seems relatively long and overly complex, not sure why. Just a short distance from Disney on the free shuttle bus, I would just add that the driving was not the best, given it is a bus full of children. I would stay here again, and very much enjoyed the stay.
