This hotel has only been a Crowne Plaza since July 2026 and is certainly worth a visit for Disneyland Paris. The amenities at the hotel are excellent and the shuttle to the park and Marne la Vallee station is very efficiently operated with half hourly departures in both directions. It’s not busy at the moment but it most definitely deserves to be in the near future.!

After being let down by an Airbnb we booked this in Expedia and arrived about 30 minutes later. The welcome at the hotel is excellent, gorgeous lobby area, beautiful scent and well air conditioned. The hotel is currently being refurbished but it doesn’t interfere at all. The rooms are beautiful and well air conditioned. Very comfortable too. There is an excellent breakfast that is approx €25 per adult and free for kids which was a great start for our day. There is a shuttle bus that goes every 30 minutes to Disney and back - this was invaluable - precise brilliant service. The hotel grounds are beautiful - they have a play park for the kids, cycle paths and rental bikes. We wish we had stayed longer! We are delighted to have stumbled upon this hotel. We will definitely stay again.

This is our second time at the hotel and we’ve recommended it to others. The location and the shuttle bus are really convenient. Rooms are a decent size with good amenieties. But if you’re booking soon be aware that the pool is out of action and there is a lot of refurb work happening. I didn’t know this and certainly don’t feel it was reflected in the price. Some of the staff are lovely, but the breakfast team can be quite rude! Book it for the location rather than the service!
