We had a problem with the heating in our room and they were quick to check and change our room when the issue couldn’t me resolved.

"Amazing stay at the StarHotel! The property is very clean, well maintained, the staff and service were excellent! The location is a 2-minute walk to the Central Station! Great breakfast options. I highly recommend this property. It was our second time staying there and I'm sure we will be back. "

"Flight landed in morning and luckily could get hotel room before lunch.
The room view is very beautiful though on low floor, it’s opposite to the Milano Centrale Train Station and the big apple statue. Short walking distance to Centrale Train Station, and Metro entrance is just outside the hotel.
Felt safe when staying here, reception staff are nice and fast response to my requests.
Highly recommended to others for Milan visit."
