Great service and room

8/10 Very good

The bathroom was outdated and cramped and the shower drain was clogged. The water backed up during a short shower. The staff was great! They let us drop our luggage off early and leave it after check out. The doormen were very helpful with luggage. We did not stay for breakfast, but it was exceptional when we stayed previously in March 2026.

Star hotel is clean, the staff friendly and it was closed to the duomo which is a bonus. It’s one block from the Main Street for shopping and delicious food.
