Location was great for all of the tourist attractions and public transit to navigate the city. Great tea in room and clean and comfortable room.

The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

Unbelievably enjoyable experience, a great hotel with incredible facilities. The location can't be beat, right at the heart of Sydney.

Clean simple large room. Had everything that was need for a short stay, and staff were very helpful. So close to central areas of Newtown.

Excellent staff, perfect location lovely charm in th Rocks. Don't hesitate to book this for your holiday. My husband and I have travelled all over the world and were very pleased to land at the Mercantile Hotel. It's a great launching pad for ferries to the islands, the art museums, Opera House, Bondi ect. Don't miss the stairs around the back for secret views of the Harbor!

This property is in an excellent location! Walk to The Rocks, Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay, and Darling Harbor. Train station is about 2 blocks away. Fantastic basic apartment-style room. If you want luxury, look elsewhere; if you want a safe, clean apartment-style room in a perfect location, look no further. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was exceptional!!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. I travel a lot and I would rate the staff at this hotel the best I have ever experienced. My son and I traveled from the USA and were not familiar with the area and the reception staff went way beyond expectations to help us. The breakfast staff(2 sisters) were awesome! They were constantly replacing food and drink items as needed and always available. Wish we had this excellent service in the USA!
