6/10 Good

The air con in the room would not blow warm enough air to cope with the low temps outside and this the room was not warm enough! Reception swapped my room to another room on floor 6, but it was exactly the same. I had the temp set to the max (28°) but the room didn’t warm up anywhere near this even with the heating on all night! Disappointing as the previous week staying on floor 8 the room was lovely and warm!
