Verified review

6/10 Good

The room is very small with ugly decor and the shower needed a good grout clean. Also there is no lotion provided. The area is not the best to walk around, but it is a 20-min walk to the Mascot train station. The buffet was good. The staff were all very friendly.

8/10 Very good

I have one comment about an awkward situation. When I checked in, the staff provided me with a complimentary drink. Really minor issue, but as a single traveller, it's tricky to manage luggage and this drink. It would be really lovely if the staff could encourage you to take a seat and then bring the drink to you. Otherwise, my stay was easy and stress-free.
