"We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!"

"The Orchid House Jungle was a very nice place for our family to stay in Tulum. We had 2 adults and 3 children in a 3 bedroom villa. The pool in the room was great along with the upstairs pool at the bar. The best part of our stay was working the staff to help schedule our vacation and get around town. Frank was extremely helpful in getting groceries, setting up transportation, and making sure we had everything needed at all times."

"The Copal is the kind of place that reminds you why you came to Tulum in the first place. Surrounded by jungle, it feels wonderfully close to nature while still being within easy reach of everything. The area is quiet, peaceful, safe, and very walkable. Our room with the rooftop plunge pool was absolutely fantastic. Visiting in July, when the beaches were covered in sargassum, having our own private oasis made all the difference. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were genuinely friendly and always happy to recommend local restaurants and attractions. The on-site bike rentals were another highlight—they’re the perfect way to explore Tulum at your own pace. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay that feels authentic rather than overproduced, Copal delivers."

"Unexpected 5 star apartment in Tulum that we practically had to ourselves. Keyless checkin with instructions via WhatsApp - very responsive. One of the best pools we have used, access to padel court, excellent gym with state of the art equipment. 2 huge en-suite rooms both with smart TVs and with large living area and kitchen. Apartment was absolutely spotless. It might be a nice touch to have some drinks/water in the fridge and basics condiments in the kitchen. We used InDrive for taxis (have plenty of cash) into Tulum (5 minutes) and the archaeological site (when visiting make sure you go all the way to the end of the site on the electric bus and visit the museum and the viewing tower - they weren’t clearly explained and the drivers pointed them out to us). Extremely cheap (£120 for 2 nights) but we went off season."
