"The day I was to arrive, the hotel messaged me...we are overbooked, and are moving you to another property. 5 miles from where I desired to be. Upon arrival, I learned 2 other guests were also displaced. The manager didn't speak English. Required all communication via txt. She hung up on me. Shared bathroom. Kitchen area a total disaster.
