We recently stayed at this hotel during our visit to Vancouver. We were in Vancouver primarily for the FIFA World Cup game. It was a short walk to BC place, so an excellent place if you are in town for a game at BC Place. Tons of food options nearby and all walkable distances as well . Parking was included in our stay, at an underground parking garage, which was very safe. Highly recommend this place!

Smithe House was a very clean and very quiet establishment. We had no issues during our stay, and the location is excellent. Help is always a text message away.
