El servicio de recibimiento y de salida es muy mala, casi siempre tenemos que marcar para poder entrar o salir del hotel. Volvería si mejoran esos y varios aspectos del lugar"

"Great hacienda. Personnel were great, food and all was execellent. Except the room it self. Bed is uncomfortable. Rooms are screaming for an update. I understand its meant to be an old hacienda . But updating the rooms a litle would make me want to come back again. And please put a lock on the doors "

La regadera tenía tapados los orificios y solo salia agua por tres. La tuve que destapar yo. La internet funcionaba esporadicamente, se iba y venia. "
